Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to health and safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Bath Bombs (for hygiene reasons)
- Breath Strips (as they are consumable and personal)
- Edibles (including Baked Goods, Candies, Chocolates, and other consumables)
- Beverages (opened or consumed items)
- Dried Flower and Extracts (due to their nature as cannabis products)
Please note that all sales of these items are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they are defective or there was an error in your order.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Provide Details: Our team will respond with instructions and a return authorization number if applicable. Please do not send back any products without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). - Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Processing: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange for a different product, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new product to you. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges unless the initial shipment was incorrect.
