Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: We get it—you’re excited! We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: We ship via DHL or FedEx. Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipping. Absolutely free!

Shipping Areas: We ship globally, except for some parts of Asia and a few remote areas. (We’re working on it!)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you get from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility:

  • You must request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Bath Bombs (hygiene reasons)
  • Breath Strips (consumable and personal)
  • Edibles (Baked Goods, Candies, Chocolates, etc.)
  • Beverages (if opened or consumed)
  • Dried Flower and Extracts (due to the nature of cannabis products)

All sales of these items are final unless they are defective or there was an error in your order.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization number. Do not send anything without this number!
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to:

    You’re responsible for shipping costs unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item).
  4. Inspection: We’ll check the item to make sure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Processing: If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Timeline & Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.
  • PayPal: Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different product, the process is the same as returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the new product to you. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges unless we messed up the first time.
